Where We Are

Patrizia Romana Palace is very well connected with the airport of  Fiumicino and the Fiera di Roma, the exhibition fair area of Rome.

Located in the Monteverde Portuense area, the Residence is next to some of the most famous hospitals and nursing homes of Rome such as San camillo, Spallanzani, Forlanini, European Hospital, Israelitic Hospital, Case di cura San Raffaele Portuense, Villa Sandra, the jewish nursing home and the nursing home Città di Roma.

  From Fiumicino Airport:

Take the train From Fiumicino Airport to Stazione Trastevere. Once there you can take the bus line no. 774 or 228 . After 10 stop you reach the bus stop “Portuense/Forlanini (H)”; hop off and cross the street, you’ll be in Via di Vigna Jacobini.

  From Ciampino Airport:

Take one of the shuttle bus services (eg. “Terravision”) with direction towards the main station “Stazione Termini”. From there take the bus “H” . Get off in front of the Hospital San Camillo, wait for the bus 774 or 228. After 5 stops you’ll be in Via Portuense just in front of Via di Vigna Jacobini, our street.

  From Tiburtina train station:

Take the Metro “B” line direction “Laurentina”. Drop off at Station “Piramide”. Once there take the bus 719 until the bus stop “Portuense/Ramazzini”. Continue for few meters and you’ll find Via di Vigna Jacobini.

  From Trastevere train station:

Leave the train station, at approximate 50 meters ahead you find the bus stop “Stazione Trastevere (FS)”. Take the bus line no. 774 (passes all 15 minutes). After 10 stop you reach the bus stop “Portuense/Forlanini (H)”; hop off and continue for approximate 200 meters.

  Driving instructions by car:

From all highways proceed in direction GRA (Grand Raccordo Annulare), take the exit (uscita) 26 towards Roma Centro, go onto the SS148 and proceed in direction of “Via Cristoforo Colombo” and take the exit on your left-hand side towards “Viale Guglielmo Marconi”, continue always straight, make a left turn at “Piazza Enrico Fermi”, carry on “Via Francesco Grimaldi”, follow on “Via Quirino Majorana” , continue on “Via di Pozzo Pantaleo”, make a slight left turn on “Via Portuense”, last but not least take the first street on your left until you reach ”Via di Vigna Jacobini”.

  Surroundings

In the surroundings of the Patrizia Romana Palace you will find restaurants, bar’s, banks/ATM’s, pharmacies, a postal office, ambulance services, two synagogues (two different religious rites available), various types of shops and a daily street market. Every Sunday you can visit one of the most famous flea market in the world called “Porta Portese”.
The residence is conveniently connected as well to the Roman Forum, Coliseum and all the other historic sites thanks to the vicinity of public transportation. In very few minutes you can reach “Trastevere” – one of the most characteristic neighborhoods of Rome, considered the melting pot of the roman night life by many famous intellectuals and artist ever since.
The area hosts furthermore, the most important hospitals of the entire city: The “San Camillo”, The Istituto Nazionale “Lazzaro Spallanzani” and the “Carlo Forlanini”. “Israelitico” hospital, Bambin Gesù hospital, Fatebenefratelli hospital, and private clinics “Villa Pia” and “Villa Sandra”.
